STEP 1
Tear or cut off a piece of tape almost the width of the blind
(Most of the time wrapping paper tape has a little serrated edge to cut the tape)
STEP 2
Place the tape half way on one side of the top and half way on the other side of the top as to repair the crack or hole in the blind
STEP 3
Repeat step one and two with a few more pieces of tape until there is some thickness to it, and reattach
